The concierge who checked us in, Mariah was very sweet. When i mentioned it was our anniversary she upgraded our room, and it was wonderful. Would def. stay here again!

The bathroom sink drained slowly, which was a minor inconvenience during our stay.

The Holiday Inn Martinsburg has a comfy and magnificent location, situated just off restaurants and stores. The large room was well stocked and provided with a microwave and shower.

Convenient to everything, the indoor pool was enjoyable. Plenty of parking.

Staff was not very pleasant. We tried to check in early, they said we would be bumped up and called, never recvd call. Floors were not vacuumed. Staff did not want to give me any paperwork for check in or check out.
